What are my shipping options and costs?

UPS
Three UPS shipping options are available: Ground, Next Day Air Saver, and Second Day Air. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the items in your order. There is a minimum shipping charge of $3.99 at this time. You can telephone UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or click here to track your order online. You will need your order reference number. UPS does not ship to P.O.boxes or to APO/FPO addresses.
Please Note: For Your protection, orders over $100 must be shipped via UPS.

US Mail
Two US Mail shipping options are available: 1st Class and Priority. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the items in your order.

Please note: Some overseas military post offices restrict the delivery of coffee. Please check the United States Postal Service website for the most updated list. Zip codes listed with a "D" cannot accept coffee.


When will my order arrive?
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days from the time the order is placed. Arrival times vary according to destination and the shipping method selected.

If you ordered several items, they may not all arrive in the same shipping box. So if you receive a box and it does not contain everything you ordered, check the packing slip. The remaining items may be arriving separately.

If you chose the ship date of your order, the arrival dates are dependent upon the shipping method you choose. Your order will be processed on the ship date you select, or, if a weekend or holiday is selected, on the following business day.
